IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

You shall not come to our motel if you have any COVID-19
symptoms (new or worsening cough, fever, difficulty
breathing, sudden loss of smell without nasal congestion
(with or without loss of taste), general symptom (muscular
pain, headache, intense fatigue or important loss of
appetite), throat soreness or diarrhea) or if you have been
in contact with an infected person within the last 14 days.

At your arrival, you and the people with you may have to
answer COVID-19 related questions. If one of you have
COVID-19 symptoms, if you’ve been in contact with an
infected person, or if you traveled abroad within the last
14 days, you may be declined access.

To protect the health and safety of our clients and our
employees, important measures have been put in place and
they are rigorously applied by our company.

Every surface often touched (door handle, light switch,
etc.) is disinfected regularly with a product recognized as
effective.
·
You will have to respect at all times the sanitary measures
in place and, if not, the employees will be authorized to
intervene.
·
At the reception, you must enter alone with a mask and
disinfect your hands. We accept all forms of payment but
prefer debit cards.
·
If you stay at our motel for more than one night, minimal
maintenance of your room will be made. Only garbage pickup
and towel change can be done for a 3-day or more stay.
However, if you absolutely want your room to be cleaned, it
will be possible to do so if you leave the room for a
minimum of 4 hours, depending on the availability of our
personnel or, if you wish to do it yourself, material and
equipment can be provided to you.

To respect a social distancing of 2 meters, all circulation
behind the building will be prohibited except towards your
room (terrace).
This instruction does not apply to authorized personnel.

Detailed procedures have been planned in case a client has
symptoms or is tested positive for COVID-19.
